The Opportunity: This position is within the Sales-operations leadership team, which works closely with the founders and helps set the tone for an all-encompassing internal process excellence across multiple org functions. The Director of Process Excellence and Audit will report to the Co-Founder and will be responsible to direct and oversee multiple aspects of Bhanzu's internal operations. (Leadership Responsibilities): - Be the advocate of clean and efficient process excellence to make sure the enhancement of the brand image of Bhanzu - Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations - Drive business outcomes through increasing internal operational efficiency Team Responsibilities: - Establish policies and processes to facilitate a quality internal Sales and operations process flow by implementing the best internal practices. - Continuously improve processes to reduce human interventions with robust automation ideas - Establish performance metrics for audit and quality teams - Improve upon existing processes to record, assess, and analyse customer feedback - Identify and recommend (or acquire) updates and expansions to technology, equipment, and policies that may improve internal efficiency You should give it a shot if you have: - Obsessed with solving process excellence problems leveraging technology - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical skills - Strong collaboration and leadership skills - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
