Associate Sales Manager
Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize offerings to meet the specific needs of educators and institutional clients.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage renewals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and support) to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Use CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new developments in educational technology.
- Identify and engage potential clients such as schools, colleges, and universities.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
- Conduct impactful product demos and presentations to showcase the value of EdTech solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, or EdTech Sales.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and manage multiple accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities and client-centric mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite
