FP&A Role & Responsibilities - 1. Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin. 2. Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances 3. Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast 4. Ad-hoc business performance reporting 5. Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments 6. Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports 7. Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives 8. Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis 1. Participate in the annual budgeting process, collaborating with stakeholders to develop accurate and achievable financial plans. 2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts, analyzing trends and variances to identify potential risks and opportunities. 3. Create and maintain financial models to support decision-making, scenario analysis, and investment evaluations. 4. Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, comparing actual results against budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators. 5. Prepare regular management reports, providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis and market trends. 6. Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management, board meetings, and investor relations. 7. Support strategic planning initiatives by providing financial insights, conducting market research, and evaluating new business opportunities. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve budgeting and forecasting processes, enhancing accuracy and efficiency. 9. Identify cost-saving opportunities, process improvements, and revenue enhancement strategies. 10. Assist in the evaluation of capital expenditure proposals, conducting financial analysis and ROI calculations. 11. Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting financial performance. 12. Assist in ad hoc projects, financial modeling, and analysis as requested by management. Requirements : 1. B.Com / MBA with up to 5 years of experience 2. Preferred experience working in a startup and in high volume e-commerce companies 3. Must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment 4. Great interpersonal skills 5. Diligent and analytical preferred 6. Working knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERPs preferred
