
Description:
- Manage Export customers.
- End to end management from order receipt, to mill coordination to final shipment and payment realisation.
- Making monthly price and volume offers as per customer wise allocation.
- Handling all customer enquries / sampling complaints / product promotion.
- New customer / new market development daily and monthly export reports
- To send out FOB and CFR/CIF price offers to overseas customers/Send monthly Qty allocation & pricing to overseas Agents
- Follow up with overseas agents and customers for securing osrders as per sales plan
- Market information and competition price mapping
- Pricing and allocation approvals
- Responding to customers queries and sampling
- Scrutiny of orders / Sales Confirmations and facilitate release of orders to the mill for production
- Order management
- Co-ordination with the mills for execution of the orders as per the priority
- To arrange for LCs / shipping instructions from customers well on time and provide the same to documentation team
- Follow up with overseas customers/agents for forwarder/liner nomination for FOB orders
- Co-ordinate with logistics team for container placements / monitoring of shipment execution on the planned vessels
- Sending order and shipment updates to customers
- Receivables management
- Billing and collection targets monitoring - Following up with customers/agents to achieve monthly billing & collection targets
- Manage monthly MIS of Export performance
- Keeping records as per statutory and audit compliances
- PO approvals for remittance of commission / agency agreements execution & renewals
- Keeping track of commission payments to overseas agents / refunds to customers - to co ordinate with finance, audit, taxation departments in this regard
