BFSI Domain Lead - AI/Data & Analytics

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced BFSI Domain Lead with strong techno-functional expertise to drive AI, data, and analytics-led transformation initiatives across the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate will combine deep domain knowledge with technical understanding to solve complex business challenges and deliver strategic digital transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a subject matter expert for BFSI engagements, translating business requirements into technology-driven solutions.

- Lead AI, data, and analytics solutioning for digital transformation initiatives.

- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define solution strategies and transformation roadmaps.

- Provide consulting expertise on data modernisation, AI adoption, and enterprise transformation.

- Support pre-sales activities, solution design, proposals, and client presentations.

- Collaborate with data engineering, AI/ML, and product teams to deliver scalable, business-focused solutions.

- Ensure solution alignment with BFSI regulations, governance, and industry best practices.

- Mentor teams and contribute to domain capability development and thought leadership.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

- Significant experience within the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domain.

- Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, and cloud technologies.

- Proven experience in techno-functional consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise transformation.

- Expertise in stakeholder management and strategic consulting engagements.

- Knowledge of BFSI regulatory, risk, and compliance frameworks.

- Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, along with modern data ecosystems.

- Experience delivering AI-led transformation programmes, including GenAI and Agentic AI use cases.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.

- MBA or an advanced degree is an added advantage.
