Job Summary: Full-time Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a sharp, motivated Analyst to identify and evaluate high-potential businesses and support clients with strategic growth initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership and founders of fast-growing companies, gaining hands-on experience in strategic problem-solving, market expansion, partnerships, and capital raising. Your focus will be on sectors where Beyond excels, including consumer brands, media, and wellness.

Location: India

Key Focus: Identifying and evaluating business opportunities, assisting clients with strategic growth, and working closely with fast-growing businesses and entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities

- Analyze business opportunities and investment proposals through detailed financial and market analysis.

- Assist in developing strategic growth plans for clients.

- Build and maintain relationships for new business development.

- Conduct research on industries, markets, and companies to support strategic recommendations.

- Analyze companies (founders, markets, business/financial models) to support investment decisions.

- Assist clients with growth initiatives and in developing strategic growth plans

- Support business development by building and maintaining client relationships.

Desired Qualifications & Traits

- 1-2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, banking, or venture capital.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

- Entrepreneurial drive and responsibility.

- Passion for working with high-growth businesses.

Compensation: Based on experience.
