Logistics: - You will be the POC for all our courier partners for discussions on operations, tech, commercials, service, and other general discussions. - You will be in-charge of managing our logistics bill, including payments and remittances. - You will be expected to monitor logistics commercials and SLAs, and provide strategic inputs where necessary. - You will oversee allocation of shipments to all logistics partners. Customer Care: - You will measure performance of the Customer Care team against predefined performance metrics, and provide strategies and frameworks to better achieve these numbers. - You will act as the touchpoint between logistics partners and the CC team for issues relating to the courier partners' customer service. - You will act as the touchpoint between logistics partners and the Warehouse team. Technical liaison: - You will function as touchpoint between payment gateways and internal teams on issues relating to APIs, remittances, and operations. Requirements - 3+ years of experience working in the logistics function of an e-commerce company or in a logistics company. - Must have experience setting up and/or leading operations teams. - Must be proficient in MS Excel, SQL skills a huge plus.
