Job Description: - We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and resourceful People Operations Manager to join our People team in our India office. In this role, you'll provide on-the-ground support to our India and US office, and partner with our People team across our India and US office(s). - Seeking someone with the drive and passion to implement and execute day-in and day-out processes and policies, and who is comfortable moving from high level strategy to administrative logistics seamlessly. - Success in this role requires a high degree of organization, strong communication skills, creative thinking, team management, and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead people operations team of 5. - Manage end-to-end employee life cycle for both India and US. ( Hire to retire) - Constantly look for process optimization and automation of processes. - Develop and implement process solutions to improve operational efficiency. - Facilitate teams to critically review current processes for effectiveness, quality and simplification. - Analyze operating data and statistics to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and implement process improvements. - Handling all statutory compliances. - Participate in audits related to all people compliance matters. - Benchmarking and review of the internal people policies and presenting the outcomes to the leadership team. - Act as a point of escalation for complex cases and breaches in SLAs and KPIs. Basic Qualifications/ Skill Sets: - Qualification: MBA in HR - Experience: 8+ years of People Operations experience - Skill-set: - Comfortable with navigating uncertainty - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of employment and labour laws, regulations, and best practices - Experience of handling a team efficiently - High personal integrity and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality - Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment - Excellent at Microsoft excel - Good to have: - Previous experience in startup environment - Experience in managing US People Operations
