Team Leadership and Mentorship: - Lead, coach, and inspire a dynamic sales team to achieve and surpass targets. - Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics, fostering accountability and consistent improvement. - Cultivate a collaborative and empowering team culture. 4. Independent Contribution: - Step into a hands-on role when necessary, engaging directly in client pitches, negotiations, and end-to-end deal management. - Serve as a role model, demonstrating commitment and expertise in sales execution. 5.
