Job Title: Manager Organizational Development (OD)

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Oragadam

Qualification: MBA in HR/OD; Certifications in OD/L&D preferred

Role Type: Full-Time

Role Purpose:

The Manager OD will drive strategic people initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, enhance culture, and build a high-performance, future-ready workforce. The role will support the organizations transformation journey from 250 crores to 1000 crores by enabling leadership development, talent readiness, improved employee experience, and a culture of continuous learning and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute organizational development strategies to enhance effectiveness and enable scale.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a motivated, aligned, and high-performing workforce.

- Design and implement leadership development and training interventions aligned with business goals.

- Strengthen organizational culture and employee experience through structured initiatives and communication.

- Oversee performance management processes and drive capability building across teams.

- Lead talent management initiatives including talent reviews, competency mapping, and succession planning.

- Collaborate with business leaders to identify capability gaps and develop development roadmaps.

- Analyze organizational metrics and behavioral trends to recommend data-driven OD solutions.

- Champion change management efforts to support organizational transformation and growth.

- Ensure alignment of OD programs with overall HR strategy and organizational priorities.

- Effective implementation of OD frameworks and long-term capability enhancement initiatives.

- Strengthened leadership pipeline and improved readiness for future roles.

- Improved employee engagement scores and culture alignment metrics.

- Successful execution of training and development programs with measurable impact.

- Data-driven insights leading to targeted developmental interventions.

- High stakeholder satisfaction and improved collaboration across functions.

Required Skillsets:

- Deep understanding of organizational dynamics, OD methodologies, and change management practices.

- Strong expertise in employee engagement frameworks, design, and execution.

- Proficiency in leadership development, training design, and facilitation.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation capability.

- Ability to influence leaders, drive cultural transformation, and manage complex initiatives.

- Experience using HR systems, engagement platforms, and MS Office tools.

- High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and strategic thinking mindset.
