Description:


Role Overview.

Reporting to the SVP Global Sales, the Sales Enablement Lead drives sales team effectiveness by owning onboarding, scaling programs, domain-specific upskilling (with an emphasis on procurement training), and managing all sales content assets.

The role directly supports achievement of sales objectives by empowering teams with structured learning, process optimization, and content alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Ramp-Up:

- Design, deliver, and continuously improve comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure fast productivity and strong foundational knowledge.

- Coach new hires on core sales processes, company methodology, and procurement-specific workflows.

Scaling Sales Capability:

- Develop training initiatives to efficiently scale sales teams and synchronize skill growth as the team expands.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine and implement scalable enablement processes, workshops, and learning frameworks.

Domain Upskilling:

- Drive ongoing sales education focused on procurement-specific competencies, compliance, and market expertise.

- Monitor procurement and industry trends, updating training modules as needed for continuous improvement.

Content Management:

- Own the creation, curation, and governance of all sales enablement collateral: playbooks, training resources, competitive analysis, and best practices.

- Implement systems/tools for seamless access, version control, and usage analytics of sales content assets.

Performance Analytics & Process Improvement:

- Track enablement program success with clear KPIs; analyze ramp times, training completion rates, and sales effectiveness.

- Gather feedback, update materials, and drive continual enablement improvement in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- 12+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or similar roles; experience in B2B/SaaS and procurement domains is a plus.

- Experience designing and delivering onboarding and ongoing training curriculums for sales teams.

- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, sales technology, and content management platforms.

- Outstanding facilitation, communication, and coaching abilities.

- Demonstrated skills in program management and stakeholder alignment.
