The Opportunity :

Job summary :

A Corporate Communications Process Expert is responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing the endtoend communications processes that enable effective internal and external communications deliverables across the India platform. This role ensures that communications is qualitatively reviewed, workflows adhered to, best tools leveraged, and governance frameworks are streamlined, measurable, and aligned with corporate communications goals.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Review and audit communication outputs for quality and consistency.

- Act as a liaison between corporate communications and other departments.

- Manage communication calendars and workflows.

- Oversee corporate communications campaign execution and tracking.

- Monitor KPIs for communication effectiveness (reach, engagement, readability, funnel conversion, sentiment, employee awareness).

- Design creatives for internal and external communication assets to include infographics.

- Ability to produce and edit video content for both internal and external communication assets.

- Participate in project initiatives and brainstorming sessions to support communication goals.

- Plan, organize, coordinate and support companywide Communications led events, vendor management and employee engagement.

- Ensuring high-quality delivery of event under pressure and tight deadlines

Qualifications, skills and competencies :

- Must be a Graduate/PG with a degree in communications, or journalism, or public relations or relevant field with overall 6 to 8 years of experience in communications

- Experience with communication analytics and reporting.

- Must be a creative problem-solver with an ability to think big picture possibilities.

- Knowledge of social media management, digital marketing and SEO practices.

- Familiarity with the latest tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems

- Adept in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

- Must have knowledge of various AI design tools to include Canva
