
Job Title: Business Growth Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. D2C Growth & Marketing
- Plan, execute, and monitor growth initiatives across performance marketing, social media, content, influencer marketing, and website optimization
- Track and analyze key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, retention, and LTV
- Support product launches, campaigns, and growth experiments with a data-backed approach
- Coordinate with creative, marketing, and technical partners to ensure effective execution
2. OEM & Export Business Development
- Support the expansion of OEM, private label, and export businesses
- Coordinate with buyers, sourcing partners, and international clients
- Assist with pricing, costing, MOQ planning, catalog preparation, and sample coordination
- Track B2B leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions across platforms and channels
3. Partner, Vendor & Agency Coordination
- Act as the point of contact for marketing agencies, freelancers, and external partners
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and execution
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, performance metrics, and ROI
- Maintain structured communication and reporting across stakeholders
4. Data, Reporting & Strategic Support
- Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and business performance
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Support founders in planning, reviews, and strategic decision-making
- Bring structure, prioritization, and process improvement to growth initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in growth, marketing, business development, or strategy roles (startup or D2C experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of D2C metrics, performance marketing, and analytics
- Exposure to OEM, exports, B2B sales, or sourcing is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, dashboards, and data analysis
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
