
Operations Management:
- Monitor and streamline day-to-day operations across warehouse, logistics, store movement, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure timely execution of orders, dispatches, and installations, minimizing delays and errors.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, BD, design, and logistics) to track progress on ongoing client orders and projects.
- Manage vendor performance and procurement timelines.
- Monitor inventory movement and maintain reorder levels for fast-moving SKUs.
MIS & Reporting:
- Maintain and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to:
- Sales orders.
- Dispatches.
- Delivery timelines.
- Vendor SLAs.
- Stock levels.
-Cost optimization.
- Share accurate dashboards with management to aid data-driven decisions.
- Automate manual reports wherever possible using Excel (advanced), Google Sheets, or Power BI.
- Identify operational bottlenecks using data and suggest corrective actions.
Process Improvement & SOP Adherence:.
- Ensure all SOPs across operations and backend are being followed.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose system/process improvements.
- Assist in onboarding of new processes/tools for better operations tracking.
Requirements:.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Operations, Commerce, or Business Management.
- 3-6 years of experience in Operations or MIS, preferably in retail/interiors/logistics/furniture domain.
- Excellent command over MS Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot, and basic data analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP tools (Zoho, SAP, Tally, or similar).
