Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new partnership and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships to drive revenue and company growth.
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing business partners and clients.
- Create and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to align business goals.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Think critically and strategically when planning to ensure successful project execution.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master's/Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated success in executing business development strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-driven, focused, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
