Job Description:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key clients and understand their business objectives.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Benepik products to existing clients and drive additional revenue.
- Conduct regular meetings with the clients to understand their requirements and execute strategic plans to meet their evolving needs.
- Schedule meetings and give product demos to showcase the new value-added services and offerings to drive account growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and clients need to position Benepik s products effectively. Also, stay updated on all the products and new releases to effectively guide clients and promote feature utilization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client-related queries, escalations, ensuring issues are resolved within minimum TAT.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal teams to highlight key account metrics pipeline progression, and revenue achievement.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post-Graduate
- 8-10 years of experience in managing key accounts with a strong track record of sales achievement, particularly in cross-selling and upselling.
- Strong verbal and written communication to engage clients at all levels and influence decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation skills to manage and close deals, secure renewals and handle objections while maintaining positive relationships.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet their requirements on time.
