Position: IT Business Analyst

Location: Gurgaon (Work from office)

Experience: 3+ Years

Requirements:

- 3 years of experience in business analyst or a related role.

- Experience with business analyst tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.

- Liaising with the testing team is good to have.

- Expertise in RFP (Request for Proposal), RFQ (Request for Quotation), and functional testing.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and document detailed business requirements, user stories and use cases.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams.

- Perform data analysis to generate insights and recommendations for business decision-making.

- Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and processes.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues and communicate updates to stakeholders.

- Provide ongoing support and training to end users on new systems and processes.

Education: B.Tech/Equivalent
