We are looking for a Behavioural Insights / UX Research professional who can combine behavioral science, research methodologies, and user behavior analysis to generate insights that influence product and user experience decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research including interviews, surveys, ethnographic studies, and behavioral experiments.

- Analyze user motivations, decision patterns, and digital interaction behavior to identify insights and improvement opportunities.

- Translate research findings into personas, journey maps, behavioral frameworks, and actionable insights for product and design teams.

- Test product concepts, UI/UX prototypes, and feature ideas through usability testing and behavioral experimentation.

- Analyze user engagement trends and behavioral datasets to uncover patterns influencing product adoption and usage.

- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to improve user experience and platform effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in Behavioral Research, Consumer Behavior Analysis, Behavioral Science, or Market Research.

- Hands-on experience with primary & secondary research methods (interviews, surveys, observational research, experiments).

- Strong understanding of behavioral science concepts such as cognitive bias, decision science, system thinking, and consumer psychology.

- Experience generating actionable insights that influence product or user experience decisions.

- Exposure to user behavior data analysis, usability testing, or concept validation.

- Basic understanding of digital product journeys, mobile apps, or web platform interactions.

Education:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Sociology, Anthropology, Cognitive Science, or related fields.

Preferred Background:

- Experience in consumer tech, fintech, e-commerce, or digital product organizations.

- Exposure to behavioral experimentation, usability testing, or journey analysis frameworks.
