Description:

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Design Thinkingoriented Behavioral Researcher to join our growth team. This is not a traditional UX Research or Data Analyst role. You will combine behavioral science frameworks with deep research methodologies and data analysis to uncover latent motivations and influence product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Behavioral Diagnostics: Conduct moderated and unmoderated interviews using frameworks like System 1 & 2 thinking, Prospect Theory, and Cognitive Dissonance to uncover emotional drivers.

- Mixed-Methods Research: Design and analyze quantitative studies (surveys, experiments) grounded in models like the Theory of Planned Behavior and the Big Five Personality Traits.

- Insight Synthesis: Translate complex data into actionable outputs, including mental models, behavioral journey maps, and nudging frameworks.

- Validation & Testing: Test UI/UX prototypes using Foggs Behavior Model and tools like Figma, Maze, or UserTesting.

- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Product and Design teams to convert behavioral insights into bias-aware recommendations that drive conversion and retention.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of fintech trends like hyperbolic discounting and decision fatigue through ethnographic and diary studies.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Domain Expertise: 2+ years of core experience in Behavioral Research, Consumer Psychology, or Market Research within a B2C product ecosystem (Fintech, E-commerce, or Tech).

- Methodological Rigor: Hands-on experience in primary research (ethnography, behavioral experiments, interviews) and secondary data mining.

- Analytical Mindset: Ability to combine qualitative "why" with quantitative "what" to identify patterns, anomalies, and product opportunities.

- Behavioral Fluency: Deep understanding of Cognitive Biases, Decision Science, and User Interaction journeys.

- Communication: Proven ability to practice "insight storytelling" to influence business and design stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Strong background in Human Behavior/Psychology-related disciplines.

- Experience in a fast-paced digital product environment.

- Preferred: Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
