Candidate Screening: - Conduct initial screening interviews, evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and team leads. Candidate Management: - Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems. - Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates during the recruitment process. Collaboration: - Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of the roles to be filled and the qualities of an ideal candidate. - Partner with HR and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires. Compliance: - Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and regulations. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Employer Branding: - Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work. - Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the employer brand and attract top talent. Qualifications: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in both IT and Non-IT hiring.
