The team has experience in serial entrepreneurship, building category leaders, tech venture capital, mobility and rapidly scaling start-up operations. Key Activities: 1) He/She will be part of the Central supply team and will work on various new initiatives 2) Work with different city supply teams to scale up supply numbers for different cities 3) Assist in building new channels in supply which will require high level of ownership and execution/ implementation 4) Program manage on different projects with marketing/customer support/sales 5) Collaborate with product team to develop the right set of products/feature for scaling up supply 6) Problem-solving and hustling attitude with great attention to detail Soft Skills 1) Good with numbers and data analysis skills 2) Strategic thinking while building business 3) A strong sense of ownership with a bias towards action and willingness to lead from the front Experience 1) Preferred from IIT/ NIT/ BITS or any premier institute 2) 4-5+ years of experience in working with startups 3) First hand experience in expansion of supply/demand channel in any previous start up
