We are largely focused on end customers for procurement and sales. Job Description : As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to both growth Responsibilities : - Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, with a primary focus on SEM and SM advertising. - Plan, create, and optimize paid search and social media campaigns to achieve predefined goals and objectives. - Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to refine campaign strategies. - Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve overall performance and ROI. - Use A/B testing methodologies to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters for continuous optimization. - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business objectives. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing technologies to proactively adapt strategies. - Make data-driven decisions to allocate budgets effectively across different marketing channels and campaigns. - Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, overseeing their onboarding process and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. - Regularly report on key performance metrics and campaign results to internal stakeholders. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. - Proven track record of performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on SEM and SM advertising. - Demonstrable experience in managing successful SEM and SM campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc. - Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. - Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc. - Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experience in conducting tests to improve campaign performance. - Ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis, ensuring continuous optimization of marketing efforts. - Previous experience in onboarding and managing marketing agencies is a definite advantage. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external partners. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Self-motivated and proactive in staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
