Website : https://www.beepkart.com/ Position Summary: The TA and HRBP role is a hybrid position that combines talent acquisition responsibilities with strategic HR business partnership duties. The individual will be responsible for recruiting top talent while also acting as an HR consultant to assigned business units, helping to align HR strategies with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: - Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent. - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions. - Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media, and networking to source candidates. - Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Conduct background checks and reference checks as part of the hiring process. Human Resources Business Partner: - Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units. - Develop a deep understanding of the business units' goals and challenges. - Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders. - Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. - Address and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations when necessary. - Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Support organizational change initiatives and drive employee engagement. - Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience (5+ years) in talent acquisition and HR business partner roles. - Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
