Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and datasets to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate high-level business goals into detailed functional and technical requirements for development teams.
- Conduct deep-dive investigations using SQL and data analysis tools to support decision-making and root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Utilize AI-driven tools and automation solutions to enhance business analysis and operational efficiency.
- Work with APIs, cloud-based architectures (preferably AWS), and relevant technologies to support project initiatives.
Required Qualifications:.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, similar role in a software or technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and inconsistencies in large datasets.
- Experience in translating high-level business goals into structured technical requirements.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis tools to conduct deep-dive investigations.
- Familiarity with AI tools for business analysis, APIs, cloud-based architectures (AWS preferred), and software development best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
