Role Overview

BeBetta is a multi-layered platform (games + rewards + commerce + growth loops), and this role is about turning complexity into clarity.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will define how users understand, adopt, and engage with our product.

If a user doesnt get it in 5 seconds, we lose.

You will own how we:

- Position the product



- Launch features



- Drive adoption and retention



- Bridge product experience with growth

What Youll Own

1. Product Positioning & Category Building

- Define BeBettas category and market positioning



- Craft clear, concise messaging that scales across markets



- Build strong recall and mental availability

2. Product Storytelling & User Clarity

- Translate complex product features into simple, intuitive narratives

Simplify user understanding across:



- Onboarding



- Games



- Store & rewards



- Commerce journeys



- Create 5-second understanding experiences

3. Go-To-Market & Feature Launches

Own end-to-end GTM strategy for key features such as:



- Scan & Win



- Commerce & redemption



- Events, tournaments, and product drops

Drive:



- Messaging and positioning



- Launch narratives



- User education



- Distribution strategy

4. Growth, Adoption & Performance Marketing Alignment

Drive improvements in:



- Activation



- Feature adoption



- Retention

Work closely with performance marketing teams to:



- Align messaging with paid campaigns



- Improve conversion across funnels



- Optimize creatives and landing experiences

Analyze user journeys:



- Play - Earn - Redeem - Repeat



- Identify drop-offs and optimize for higher conversion and engagement

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with:



- Product (UX, flows, prioritization)



- Growth (campaigns, experiments, acquisition)



- Brand (communication consistency)



- Act as the bridge between product, marketing, and user experience

- Users understand BeBetta within 5 seconds



- Strong product positioning and clear messaging



- Significant increase in feature adoption and engagement



- Improved conversion across performance funnels



- Growth in organic installs and retention

What Were Looking For

Core Skills

- 4-7 years of experience in Product Marketing / Growth / Product roles



- Experience in consumer tech, gaming, fintech, or product-based startups



- Strong understanding of user funnels, metrics, and behavior



- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, impactful messaging



- Experience working with performance marketing teams and campaigns



- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Key Traits

- Strategic clarity: Can simplify complex systems into one core idea



- User-first thinking: Understands behavior, motivation, and engagement loops



- Storytelling: Converts features into compelling value propositions



- Execution speed: Moves fast, tests, learns, and iterates

Good to Have

- Experience launching 0 - 1 products or features



- Experience with high-scale consumer platforms or gaming apps



- Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, or similar



- Understanding of India and emerging market user behavior
