Product Manager
Your Role:
- Shape and drive the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals to enhance player engagement.
- Write clear, detailed, and thorough specifications for complex features or products.
- Utilize data, insights, and user testing to understand player behaviors, engagement patterns, and content preferences.
- Analyze and optimize game metrics to improve retention, engagement, and monetization.
- Conduct industry research on landscape trends, competitor products, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Advocate for the player's perspective to ensure fair and balanced engagement, along with monetization models that empower user choice and value their time.
- Articulate key product messaging for Product, Marketing, and Community teams to support product launch and ongoing marketing.
- Lead and optimize budgets and resources for effective live operations management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver products and features that meet strategic objectives and user needs.
- Organize and conduct playtests to gather feedback and iterate on game design for improved player experience.
- Develop and implement monetization and pricing strategies that maximize player value and revenue.
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of experience in product management in the mobile games industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools and comfort in building models to explore - opportunities while working closely with analytics.
- Proven track record of driving successful live operations initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must know google analytics and Jira
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of monetization models and techniques for driving in-app purchases.
- Experience in customer support or community management.
- Experience managing budgets and resources.
- Experience working in games/games economies for live services and ongoing engagement titles.
- Passion for games and the ability to understand and deconstruct what makes a successful live game.
