As our Game Studio Partnerships Lead, your mission is to source, close, and manage relationships with small-to-mid-sized game studios and bring their games onto the BeBetta platform. You'll be the bridge between external creators and our product vision.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard high-potential game studios and independent developers building casual, hyper-casual, and skill-based games.
- Lead licensing, publishing, or revenue-sharing negotiations, aligned with our "no real-money" model.
- Evaluate game mechanics, retention potential, and monetization compatibility with BeBetta's reward loop.
- Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth technical integration of partner games (HTML5/Unity).
- Build a studio evaluation framework that prioritizes retention, engagement, and seamless reward integration.
- Establish BeBetta as a preferred publishing partner by building strong relationships in the developer ecosystem.
- Continuously refresh our game library to keep users engaged with new formats and themes.
Who You Are
- 4-7 years of experience in gaming partnerships, BD for publishers, or game studio scouting (hypercasual/casual preferred)
- Strong understanding of game performance metrics: retention, CPI, LTV, and engagement loops
- Familiar with HTML5, Unity, or SDK-based game integration
- Comfortable negotiating contracts, license agreements, and handling revenue models
- Passion for casual games, user psychology, and building sticky engagement ecosystems
- Bonus: Previous experience working in/with gaming platforms, publishers, or content networks.
