As the Ad Monetization Manager, you will own and scale BeBetta's ad revenue engine. You'll be responsible for optimizing eCPMs, managing ad mediation layers, improving fill rates, and maximizing ARPDAU across our high-engagement user base. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure that monetization enhances, rather than disrupts, the user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize ad mediation platforms (e. g., AdMob, AppLovin MAX, ironSource, Unity Ads).
- Define and iterate ad placement strategies to strike a balance between user engagement and revenue.
- Continuously monitor and optimize eCPMs, fill rates, impressions, ARPDAU, and LTV across geographies and segments.
- Run A/B tests to evaluate the performance of new ad placements, formats (rewarded, interstitial, native), and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with the Product, Tech, and Design teams to ensure seamless and non-intrusive ad integrations.
- Develop and own dashboards for ad performance reporting and campaign insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging networks, and tools in ad-tech.
- Engage with ad network partners for account optimization and demand growth.
- Drive revenue forecasting and provide inputs for the overall monetization strategy.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in mobile ad monetization, ideally in casual games, RMG, or reward apps.
- Deep understanding of ad mediation, programmatic bidding, eCPMs, and fill rates.
- Hands-on with AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Unity Ads, ironSource, Chartboost, etc.
- Strong analytical mindset; proficiency in tools like Excel, Looker, Firebase, GA, and Amplitude.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
- Data-driven but user-firstable to align revenue goals with product experience.
