Role Summary:
The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will be responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. The role requires strong analytical capability, financial modeling expertise, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance financial planning, control, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic reforecasting processes
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational decisions
- Prepare management reports, MIS, and variance analysis
- Partner with business teams to support planning, cost optimization, and growth initiatives
- Evaluate key performance metrics and monitor business trends
- Support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and investment evaluations
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial data and reports
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and reporting frameworks

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- CA, CFA, CPA, or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
- Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage
