Role Description
The CFO will be responsible for managing the companys financial health, ensuring sound financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic growth. The role involves leading financial operations, driving profitability, and supporting decision-making at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the finance function, ensuring robust financial planning, reporting, and compliance.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management to support business growth.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team for decision-making.
- Manage investor relations, banking operations, and external stakeholder communication.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, risk management, and revenue enhancement.
- Implement and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
- Drive automation and efficiency through financial systems and tools.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to build strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in financial reporting, MIS, and compliance management.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and Finance
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Financial Reporting
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proven ability to work with senior management and strategic partners
- High proficiency in financial software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
