Role Responsibilities
- Enable delivery on key CSD financial targets (NSV, gross profit, ROI and market share) versus budget.
Roles Responsibilities
- Monitor distribution of POSM stock across CSD channel as per targets, timeliness and territory requirements.
- Closely monitor the market and competitive landscape to evaluate existing and upcoming opportunities/ challenges and provide hands-on Gemba insights to the stakeholders.
- Drives shopper and customers insights agenda within the team.
- Identifies knowledge needs and connects with central insight team on methodologies and execution of the agenda
- Runs pre and post promotion evaluation in conjunction with the commercial finance counterpart and builds recommendations
- Act as a go to person in the CSD to ensure alignment & coordination between the requirements of sales team and the planned initiatives to be rolled-out in the region.

- Evaluate Merchandisers performance and build recommendations to share with other stakeholders for necessary actions
Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA
- 6+ years experience in the CPG/ Alco-Bev or related industries
