About Corporate Finance and Investment Banking:

CFIB practice focuses on providing financial and strategic solutions to the clients which are backed by in-depth analysis and evaluation of the alternatives. CFIB leverages on its global network of 2,500 corporate finance professionals across 100 countries to provide innate market intelligence across countries thereby enhancing the value to the clients.

- Independently identify and generate ideas and solutions for financial solutions and work with colleagues to identify the opportunities and lead origination meetings

Core role and responsibilities:

- Independently create and manage strong relationships with corporates and fund houses at senior positions

- Advise clients on financial solutions including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, loans, and capital raises

- Guide the team in preparing marketing pitchbooks, industry research, business analysis, financial modelling and other deliverables, ranging across various industry segments within given timelines

- Manage execution of the transaction, from research, information memorandum preparation, transaction structuring through to execution, documentation and deal closing
