BDO - Manager - Business Restructuring Services - LLB

Details:

- Position Title - Manager

- Department - Business Restructuring Services

- Experience - 4-7 years in debt restructuring

- Allied laws in discharge of CIRP / Liquidation assignments; Expert knowledge in important decisions and case laws of Supreme Court, NCLAT and NCLT related to CIRP and Liquidation process

- Qualification - LLB

Role:

- In depth knowledge and experience in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (IBC) and related laws/ processes

- Experience on working on IBC assignments in CIRP, liquidation, plan implementation, personal guarantor, voluntary liquidation

- Experience with IBBI regulations and rules and all related compliances

- Experience with claims management, sales process management and running

- Operational assistance during IBC process including working with third parties such as auditors, valuers, lawyers etc.

- Handling stakeholder/ CoC meetings

- Internal stakeholder management in relation to the above

- Training junior resources and working with juniors

- Other matters to give effect to the above mentioned scope
