Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & BD professional to promote and sell our - secretarial and compliance services- to businesses, startups, entrepreneurs, and professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

- Identify and target potential clients (SMEs, corporates, legal firms, etc.) needing secretarial services.

- Use cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking to generate leads.

2. Client Acquisition & Sales

- Present and pitch secretarial services

- Understand client needs and tailor service packages accordingly.

- Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

3. Relationship Management

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.

- Address client concerns and collaborate with the operations team for service delivery.

4. Market Research & Strategy

- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings.

- Provide feedback to improve service offerings and pricing strategies.

Preferably worked in a competitor/Law firm

5. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.

- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 10+ years in B2B sales, preferably in secretarial services/Legal services

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Preferred Attributes

- Knowledge of corporate compliance

- Experience selling subscription-based or outsourcing services.

- Worked on various liquidation/restructuring/closure projects

- Worked on Outbound business of startups/SMEs
