
Role Summary:
The Associate Director - Business Development & GTM will drive growth for the Audit & Assurance function by executing go-to-market strategies, generating new business opportunities, and supporting large proposal pursuits. The role will focus on building strong client connections, securing meetings, and maintaining long-term relationships, while working closely with Partners, Directors, and cross-functional teams to expand the firm's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate new business opportunities through client outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting
2. Secure meetings with target clients and build a strong opportunity pipeline
3. Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships
4. Execute GTM initiatives aligned with the Audit & Assurance growth strategy
5. Support large and complex proposals, including coordination, content management, and submission tracking
6. Track all pursuits, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
7. Work closely with Partners, Directors, and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities
8. Develop account plans and pursuit strategies for key prospects
9. Support events, campaigns, and market-facing initiatives
10. Contribute to process improvements across BD and GTM functions
Qualifications:
MBA / CA / relevant professional qualification preferred
10+ years of experience in Consulting or Professional Services with exposure to Business Development, GTM, or Client Growth roles
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
