About the Role:

As a Business Analyst II you will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of our products by analyzing user needs, conducting thorough research, and ensuring seamless execution.

Your technical expertise and analytical prowess will contribute to product innovation, ensuring solutions that align with client expectations and industry standards.

This is an in-person role based in our Bangalore office.

What You'll Do:

- Understand and analyze system design, including interactions between front-end and back-end systems, services, and databases.

- Write and optimize SQL queries, ensuring efficient data retrieval and manipulation.

- Conduct impact analysis to assess how new changes affect the system, providing actionable insights.

- Create detailed documentation, write feature specifications, and break them into actionable tasks or user stories.

- Collaborate closely with development teams to track progress, ensuring timely and efficient completion of development tasks.

- Design user interfaces and wireframes for web and mobile applications, focusing on user experience (UX).

- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

- Analyze data to generate meaningful insights and develop actionable recommendations for product improvement.

- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.

- Lead and support testing efforts for newly developed and deployed features.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa, ensuring seamless communication between business and technical teams.

Who You Are:

- You have a solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), database technologies, entity relationships, and data modeling.

- You possess practical experience in backend development, including services and APIs, and the ability to interpret code.

- You have strong analytical skills and experience generating synthetic data and performing impact analysis.

- You excel at creating clear, detailed documentation and feature specifications.

- You have experience designing user interfaces and wireframes, focusing on user experience.

- You're proficient in agile methodologies and skilled in facilitating sprint-related processes.

- You have some experience in market research and competitor analysis, identifying opportunities for innovation.

- You're familiar with system testing processes and can lead testing efforts effectively.

- You have experience collaborating with development teams and ensuring timely task completion.

- You're passionate about aligning technical capabilities with business objectives to drive product success.

-You have experience project management in tools like Jira and confluence.
