
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Establish clear brand positioning and messaging for projects and portfolios.
- Identify target audiences and define channel-wise marketing strategies.
2. Marketing Planning & Execution:
- Contribute to the formulation of Annual Operating Plans, including ATL, Digital, Media, and Loyalty calendars.
- Develop clear marketing briefs and ensure timely execution across campaigns.
- Lead end-to-end execution of marketing programs, events ensuring alignment across teams and timelines.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Channel, Loyalty, and Digital teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Act as a central point of coordination to align brand initiatives with business objectives.
4. Business & Performance Review:
- Drive monthly and quarterly reviews with internal teams and partners to assess performance, gaps, and next steps.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and brand impact.
- Support management with inputs to drive business volumes and market presence.
5. Campaign Optimization:
- Partner with digital, performance marketing, email, and web teams to design and optimize campaigns.
- Continuously test, evolve, and improve marketing touchpoints to enhance conversion and customer experience.
6. Social Media Strategy:
- Take end-to-end ownership of BCD Group & BCD Royale social media presence.
- Create and maintain monthly content calendars, aligned with launches, milestones, and festivals and execution of the same.
7. Market Intelligence & Insights:
- Analyze customer insights, market trends, competitor activity, and best practices.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and strengthen go-to-market plans.
