Job Description:
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for defining and executing the overall sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and managing high-performing sales teams.
You will oversee the sales function across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering a culture of excellence and motivation.
You will report directly to the management, providing strategic insights, sales forecasts, and performance updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
- Set clear revenue and sales targets for the teams and ensure they are met consistently.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, including regional and branch sales managers.
- Foster a results-driven culture, ensuring sales teams remain motivated and focused on targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales force.
Sales Performance Monitoring & Analytics:
- Monitor sales performance through dashboards, reports, and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to optimize sales productivity.
- Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and enhance team efficiency.
Market Expansion & Competitive Intelligence:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop strategies for business expansion.
- Identify new territories and customer segments for growth and oversee the implementation of expansion plans.
- Ensure the company remains a leader in the plotted development sector by adopting innovative sales approaches.
Customer-Centric Sales Approach:
- Ensure customer satisfaction remains a top priority by aligning sales efforts with customer needs.
- Promote a consultative sales approach, fostering long-term relationships with clients and investors.
- Leverage customer insights to refine offerings and improve the sales experience.
Financial Oversight & Profitability:
- Ensure that sales targets align with overall business profitability and financial goals.
- Work closely with finance teams to track revenue streams, pricing strategies, and cost efficiencies.
- Improve sales processes to enhance turnaround time from booking to closure and collections.
Stakeholder & Management Reporting:
- Provide comprehensive reports and strategic recommendations to the management team.
