We are seeking an experienced and driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team at BayOne Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing customer relationships within the technology industry and be proficient with tools such as Jira, SFDC, ServiceNow, HubSpot, Gainsight, and enterprise platforms like Oracle, SAP, or Ariba. This role requires a strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset, who can drive retention, satisfaction, and product adoption.


Roles and Responsibilities


- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer success management and client engagement

- Drive product adoption and ensure customers derive maximum value from the solutions

- Analyze customer data to improve the customer experience and reduce churn

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction

- Develop and maintain strategic account plans to enhance growth opportunities

- Monitor customer health scores and implement strategies for retention and upsell

- Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs with clients


Skills and Qualifications Required


- Proven experience in a Customer Success Manager role within the technology industry

- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Jira, Salesforce (SFDC), ServiceNow, HubSpot, Gainsight, and ERP-CRM systems (Oracle, SAP, Ariba)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Technical proficiency and ability to grasp product functionality

- Exceptional time management and organizational skills

- Strategic thinking and planning ability
