Today, we power the journeys of 1 lac+ drivers daily across 1,600+ swap stations in India.

Role Overview:

Battery Smart is looking for a Strategy & Ops Smart Stations to drive the end-to-end deployment, operations, and performance of our battery swapping station network. This role will own station rollout programs, coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, improve operational efficiency, and ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives across the Smart Station ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Execution:

- Lead end-to-end deployment of Smart Stations across multiple cities.

- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and execution roadmaps.

- Track program progress and ensure timely delivery of station rollout targets.

- Drive continuous improvements across deployment and operational processes.

Station Operations:

- Monitor station performance, uptime, utilization, and operational KPIs.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

- Improve station productivity and customer experience through data-driven initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to operational SOPs and service standards.

Cross-functional Stakeholder Management:

- Coordinate with Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, and Field Operations teams.

- Drive alignment across internal teams for successful project execution.

- Work closely with leadership to provide regular program updates.

Vendor & Partner Management:

- Manage installation partners, OEMs, vendors, and external agencies.

- Track vendor performance, SLAs, and project milestones.

- Support commercial discussions and onboarding of strategic partners.

Business Analytics & Reporting:

- Build dashboards to monitor deployment progress and station performance.

- Analyze utilization, downtime, customer adoption, and operational metrics.

- Present actionable insights to senior leadership.

Process Improvement:

- Standardize deployment and operational workflows.

- Drive automation and process optimization initiatives.

- Lead root cause analysis for recurring operational issues.

What We're Looking For:

- 3-6 years of experience in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, Network Expansion, or Project Management.

- Experience in EV, battery swapping, charging infrastructure, mobility, energy, telecom, retail expansion, or similar industries.

- Strong project management and execution skills.

- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.

- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and dashboards (Power BI/Tableau preferred).

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
