BatterySmart - Senior Data Analyst

Role Overview:

- As a Senior Data Analyst at Battery Smart, you will play a critical role in driving strategic, data backed decision-making across our rapidly scaling EV ecosystem.

- You will own end-to-end analytics initiatives, from data extraction and modeling to delivering actionable insights that influence business outcomes.

- In this role, you will work closely with Strategy, Operations, and Product teams to uncover growth opportunities, optimize network performance, and enhance driver experience.

- You will also leverage advanced analytics techniques, including exposure to machine learning models, to solve complex business problems and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze large-scale operational and business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

- Design and develop advanced dashboards, reports, and data models to support decision-making.

- Lead cross-functional collaborations to improve processes, efficiency, and overall business performance.

- Define, track, and refine key business KPIs and performance metrics.

- Provide strategic, data-driven recommendations to drive growth and operational excellence.

- Work with IoT and geospatial data to optimize station performance and network efficiency.

- Apply statistical techniques and leverage machine learning concepts/models to solve business problems.

- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building best practices in data analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

- 4+ years in data analytics, business analytics, or a related field.

- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (mandatory), advanced expertise in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau / Power BI.

- Working knowledge of machine learning concepts and models (regression, classification, clustering, etc.

- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving ability with a structured, data-driven approach.

- Communication: Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
