Role Overview

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and execution-focused Program Manager to join the Founder's Office and lead strategic new initiatives across the organization. This role will work closely with the founders and leadership team to identify growth opportunities, validate new business models, drive cross-functional execution, and build scalable business lines from concept to commercialization.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, program management excellence, analytical rigor, and a strong ownership mindset, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and drive high-impact business opportunities, strategic initiatives, and growth programs.

- Lead end-to-end execution of pilots and new ventures, including planning, stakeholder alignment, implementation, and performance tracking.

- Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to validate opportunities and inform decision-making.

- Develop business cases, operating models, and execution road maps for new initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Operations, Product, Finance, Growth, and Partnerships to drive successful outcomes.

- Define success metrics, monitor performance, and recommend scale-up, pivot, or exit decisions based on data and insights.

- Drive founder-led priorities and strategic projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable business impact.
