Key Responsibilities
1. Driver Onboarding & Activation
- Own the end-to-end driver lifecycle: acquisition - onboarding - activation - retention
- Execute central growth playbooks while adapting them to local market dynamics
- Drive adoption of subscription-based battery solutions
- Ensure high-quality onboarding aligned with long-term retention goals
2. Cluster Growth
- Lead on-ground execution through a team of Growth Managers/field teams
- Identify, evaluate, and scale high-potential micro-markets within the cluster
- Drive driver density and utilization around battery swap stations
- Maintain strong execution discipline with daily/weekly performance tracking
3. Demand Operations & Performance Management
Own and track key business metrics, including:
- Driver activations
- Subscription conversion rates
- Retention and churn
- Swaps per driver
- Revenue per battery deployed
- Drive data-backed decision-making and continuous performance optimization
- Identify gaps and implement corrective actions on the ground
4. Customer Experience & Retention
- Understand local driver behavior, needs, and pain points
- Improve engagement, renewals, and payment discipline
- Collaborate with central teams to resolve on-ground issues
- Drive initiatives to improve customer lifetime value and reduce churn
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Warehouse Operations, Product & Tech, and Supply/Network teams
- Ensure demand generation aligns with supply availability and infrastructure readiness
- Act as the voice of the cluster, providing actionable feedback for product and process improvements
Qualifications & Skills:
8-10 years of experience in:
- Field Sales / Distribution
- Demand Operations
- Growth roles (preferably in mobility, EV, or consumer businesses)
- Strong execution mindset with hands-on field experience
- Proven ability to manage multi-layered field teams
- High ownership, accountability, and result-oriented approach
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in data, metrics, and performance tracking
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
