About the Role:
We are seeking a Content Manager who blends creativity, strategic thinking, and strong execution to elevate our brand presence. The ideal candidate brings expertise in content strategy, social media, business communication, and digital marketing fundamentals. In this role, you will lead content efforts across social, digital, and internal channels, own the brand voice, and directly impact business growth through high-quality, high-velocity communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage content across social media, website, email, blogs, internal communications, and other brand channels.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all formats and platforms.
- Manage Battery Smarts social media presence, ensuring engaging content and consistent performance tracking.
- Draft and edit business communications for drivers, partners, and station operatorsincluding messaging in Hindi and other regional languages.
- Support digital marketing initiatives with high-quality, SEO-friendly, and campaign-aligned content.
- Conduct content audits, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, product, and leadership teams to deliver impactful communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools and content planning systems.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including SEO, analytics, and campaign execution.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality output.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach to content performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus.
