About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Associate Director - Strategy & Operations to drive business strategy, operational excellence, and new market creation. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical rigor, experience in 0-to-1 environments, and the ability to convert strategic ideas into scalable execution.
You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to build new business lines, and optimize core operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own 0-to-1 strategic initiatives from idea validation through pilot and scale-up, driving structured experimentation, tracking outcomes, and ensuring successful rollout across markets.
2. Build business cases, operating models, and financial projections for new initiatives.
3. Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover opportunities, risks, and structural improvements.
4. Partner with Operations, Growth, Product, and Tech teams to drive execution.
5. Design KPIs, dashboards, and governance structures to track business performance.
6. Identify cost optimization and revenue expansion opportunities.
7. Run pilots, monitor outcomes, and iterate rapidly.
Required Qualifications
1. 4-5+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Consulting, Business Analytics, Growth, or Program Management roles.
2. Proven experience in building strategic businesses or initiatives from zero, including early-stage market launches.
3. Prior consulting background (top-tier or startup consulting preferred).
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
6. Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
7. MBA or undergraduate degree.
