- Drive data-backed decision-making across recovery strategy, team productivity, and process optimization.

- Prepare and present structured performance reviews, dashboards, and insights to senior leadership and CXOs.

- Use insights to improve asset security, recovery efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

Quality, Compliance & Governance:

- Act as a key point of contact for ART-related operational discussions and escalations.

- Influence stakeholders through structured problem-solving, data, and execution rigor.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Tier-1 undergraduate background (IIT / BITS / NIT / DTU / NSIT / SRCC or equivalent).

- Experience: 6-10 years of experience in high-growth startups, consulting, or business strategy & operations roles, with demonstrated ownership of complex operations.
