Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Program Manager - ITGC to lead and scale our IT governance and compliance processes. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and managing controls across Change Management, User Access Management, and overall IT General Controls. You will act as the primary point of contact for audits, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment with frameworks such as SOX and ISO 27001.
Key Responsibilities:
1 ITGC Audit Management
- Lead the organization's ITGC audits and act as the central point of contact for internal and external auditors.
- Identify control gaps, assess risks, and drive remediation plans.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all audit deliverables.
2 Process Development & Governance
- Design, implement, and maintain strong Change Management processes ensuring all IT changes are approved, tested, and documented.
- Establish User Access Management policies including provisioning, RBAC, and periodic access reviews.
- Develop IT governance frameworks aligned with SOX, ISO 27001, and other compliance standards.
3 Policy Development
- Create and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and documentation to meet compliance and organizational requirements.
- Review and update policies based on evolving risks and regulatory changes.
4 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with IT, Security, HR, Product, and Operations to ensure adherence to ITGC requirements.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions across teams on IT controls and best practices.
5 Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Build dashboards and metrics to track control effectiveness.
- Present compliance status and audit results to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and scalability of IT governance processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in IT governance, IT audit, or compliance roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of ITGC frameworks (SOX, ISO 27001, COBIT, etc.).
- Proven experience managing Change Management and User Access Management processes.
- Familiarity with audit methodologies and compliance assessments.
- Experience with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or IAM solutions (Okta, SailPoint, etc.).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
