We are seeking a results-driven and experienced individual to lead operations and customer support for a global online gaming platform. This role entrails handling day-to-day platform operations, create retention & retargeting workflows, optimize processes, ensure exceptional user experience and curtail fraud. This is a critical role at the intersection of customer support, risk management, payments, and compliance. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : - Oversee the smooth functioning of the platform including solving user grievances, ensuring game availability, rewards and payments. - Coordinate with external and internal teams: tech, marketing and payment providers to ensure operational consistency. - Do hands-on data analysis to track key metrics: retention rate, churn, profitability, SLAs, response times, etc. - Design and execute player engagement strategies, launch promotion campaigns and loyalty programs. - Build and manage a responsive, friendly, and efficient customer support team - Handle VIP players, escalated tickets, and complex account issues with empathy and speed. - Implement and optimize processes for KYC, AML, and fraud prevention. SKILLS REQUIRED : - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in operations or customer service roles and be adept in doing data analysis. Otherwise please don't apply. - Experience managing customer queries, coordinating with multiple teams and working in a dynamic startup environment. - Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Well versed with MS Excel (advanced). - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to ensure SLAs.
