Position Purpose: Collaborating closely with the Head of Human Resources and TA teams to formulate a hiring strategy that meets the manpower requirements of the business unit (BU). Overseeing the implementation of talent acquisition strategies at the organizational level and regularly updating them to align with evolving business dynamics and emerging market trends. Role & Responsibilities: - Leading the end-to-end talent acquisition process at the BU level, encompassing attracting, sourcing, assessing, hiring, and onboarding the most suitable candidates. - Establishing a talent pipeline for senior-level and highly specialized candidates for critical positions within the organization. - Maintaining accurate records and conducting timely process audits for the assigned BU to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. - Promoting best-in-class recruitment practices that cultivate an environment of operational excellence, while prioritizing stakeholder management and service delivery. - Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the recruitment function. - Monitoring the usage, cost, and effectiveness of various channels such as social media, job boards, vendors, agencies, internal job postings (IJP), campus recruitments, etc. - Overseeing the automation of HR processes and optimizing their utilization
