The role is responsible for driving the end-to-end learning and talent management strategy of the organization, enabling capability development, leadership readiness, and a high-performance learning culture. The profile demands strong business partnership, strategic program ownership, and operational excellence across L&D, LMS, talent initiatives and organizational development.

Job Description:

Learning Strategy, LMS & Program Ownership

- Define and implement the enterprise-wide L&D and talent development strategy aligned with business outcomes.

- Drive capability-building programs across functions, technical skills, leadership development, and workforce upskilling.

- Lead end-to-end ownership of structured learning frameworks including needs analysis, design, delivery, evaluation, and impact measurement.

- Institutionalize digital learning, blended learning, academies, and knowledge management initiatives.

- Oversee the adoption, administration and enhancement of the LMS platform, digital learning tools, and analytics modules for learning efficiency.

Talent Development, CSR, R&R

- Lead and mentor the L&D and talent development team to deliver operational excellence and innovation.

- Drive organizational talent initiatives including CSR programs, Recognition & Rewards, employee development journeys and engagement interventions.

- Partner with HR and business leaders to build talent pipelines and succession readiness.

Learning Culture & Leadership Development

- Design and execute development programs for managers, supervisors, and emerging leaders.

- Build a learning-led organizational culture by driving continuous development, coaching, and learning interventions.

- Partner with business leaders to address people capability gaps and enable performance management and talent transformation.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

- Collaborate with CXOs, HRBPs, business leaders, and cross-functional partners to determine current and future learning priorities.

- Lead vendor selection, partner evaluation, contract negotiation, and delivery management of external learning partners and consultants.

- Ensure quality, cost efficiency, and outcome-based delivery for all learning engagements.

Reporting, Analytics, and MIS

- Develop and implement dashboards, scorecards, and analytics tools for learning outcome measurement.

- Present MIS reports, impact assessments, and talent dashboards to leadership for strategic decision-making.

- Leverage data insights to measure ROI and continuously refine learning initiatives and talent programs.

Key Skills & Exposure:


- Strong business orientation and strategic thinking

- Expertise in learning frameworks, talent management, and organizational development

- Ability to design leadership/managerial capability programs

- Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset

- Stakeholder management and vendor collaboration

Qualifying Criteria:

- Preferred Masters / Postgraduate in HR, Learning & Development or related discipline.

- 12+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Capability roles

- Experience in managing L&D strategy, digital adoption, talent initiatives, and leadership development in a corporate environment.
